Most Viewed:
DIY Dollar Store Pumpkins by Place of my Taste. Who doesn't love a cute, simple and inexpensive craft, no wonder Aniko's pumpkins were the most viewed last week! What a great craft for kids and some great decor for the home.
Rebecca's Favorites:
Cherry Almond Scones by My Sweet Sanity. Cherries and Almonds are own of those flavor matches made in heaven, they're absolutely perfect for each other. These scones look so good, perfectly risen, with a light and creamy glaze. Delicious.
Caramel Apple Layer Cake by Say it with Cake. Well fall is certainly here and it's bringing all kinds of great dishes with it, including this amazing cake. I love that there are four perfectly even layers coated in caramel with a frosting that's wrapped in nuts. This would make for a great alternative Thanksgiving dessert!
5 Tips for Better Product Photography by The Handmade is Better Blog. Living in a small ranch on a shaded lot, I feel like I'm in a constant battle for lighting when it comes time to photograph my blog posts. These are some great tips, and I'm definitely going to looking into getting one of those awesome mini reflectors.
Pallet Scrap Wood Planter Box by The Pin Junkie. This has actually been a project on my to do list for quite some time and seeing how nice and rustic this one looks, I might just have to make mine this weekend. This is such a sweet and simple centerpiece for fall, and if you have some old pallets lying around it makes this pretty much FREE!
Kat's Favorites!
Deco Mesh Halloween Wreath by Implausibly Beautiful. Yay! It's officially October so I am officially okay with anything to do with Halloween, including this glam wreath. I love anything with purple and sparkles. This is the perfect decoration for the season.
Asian Quinoa Salad by The First Year Blog. I love Quinoa. I can't help but say it like that commercial when that guy cooks a Quinoa burger on the grill, HA! If you haven't seen it, I'm sorry. Quinoa can take on so many different flavors and works in a variety of ways. This Asian inspired salad looks delicious!
Cork Decor by DIY Budget Girl. I have a vase full of wine corks and it is overflowing! I have been looking for something to make with them that is decorative at the same time. This is perfect. I love that you can use any text you want and it makes a great gift too!
Greek Yogurt Apple Cider Donuts by Handmade is Better. YUM! I am so ready to have my first cup of hot apple cider and and these make me want my first taste of apple cider of the season to be donuts! They look so delicious.
